Door Code / Door Locker Instructions

All entrance doors at Gabriel’s Apartments are equipped with a secure digital locker system, ensuring easy and safe access. The entrance doors are conveniently located directly on the sidewalk, making them easy to find.

To help you get familiar with the process, we’ve provided a video demonstration that shows how to open the door using the digital code. Please note, the code shown in the video is for demonstration purposes only. Each guest will receive a unique, personalized access code for their stay, which will be sent to you before your arrival.

FAQ

If you book Gabriel’s apartments you may cancel free of charge until 3 days before arrival. You will be charged 50% of the total price if you cancel in the 3 days before arrival.
Prepayment: You will be charged a prepayment of 100% of the total price directly after booking.
If you don’t show up you will be charged the total price of the reservation. (Times shown are from the properties’ time-zone (CET))

To cancel or change the reservation send a request to email address booking@gabriels-apartments.at and write the number of reservation or directly via the link in the booking confirmation email.

Please note that from the time of booking confirmation, a transaction fee of 2% of the total amount will be charged in the event of a cancellation. This fee applies regardless of when the cancellation is made. We appreciate your understanding.

Only fixed additional fee is the cleaning fee. The price depends on which room has been booked and for Apartment E1, E2 is 50 € , Apartment E3 40 € , Apartment E4 35 € and Apartment E5 is 60€ per booking.

There are several discounts that we offer to our guests depending on for how many days have you made your booking

  • If you book more then 3 days you will get the discount of  5% on your whole booking.
  • If you book more then 5 days you will get the discount of  8% on your whole booking.
  • If you book more then 7 days you will get the discount of  10% on your whole booking.

This discounts are added at the check out page, before you enter you credit card details.

We allow you to bring your pets with you to our apartments. Since we have also a Heart for pets, it is free of charge. 

Yes, you can park your car at a parking space. There would be additonal surcharge charged in amount of 15 € per day for a standard car and €20 for a van. Please tell us in advance that you need a parking spots since they are limited. You can also book a parking spot directly in the booking. If you booked via booking.com you can book the Parking spot also via our Homepage. Just tell us your booking.com booking number so we can assign the parking spot.

Please book this Garage latest until 11 am  at the day of checkin to get the special Price per day. If you book it later you’ll have to pay the full priceper day and we can not guarantee availability.
